First Visit

Come with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Remove contact lenses beforehand. Avoid caffeine if you find it hard to keep still!

Yes! New clients receive $10 off any full set. Book through our online system to claim your new client offer.

Your artist will begin with a consultation to understand your desired look and assess your natural lashes. You'll lie comfortably while extensions are applied — many clients fall asleep!

Lash Extensions

Typically 2-4 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. We recommend refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look.

Appointment Preparation

For the best results, please arrive with clean eyes free of all eye makeup, including mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, and strip lash adhesive residue. We also ask that you remove contact lenses prior to your appointment and bring your glasses if needed.

Arriving with clean lashes and natural brows allows us to begin your service promptly and helps ensure the best possible results and retention.

Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly request that you arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Our stylists often work with back-to-back appointments, and arriving early allows sufficient time for check-in, consultation, and preparation.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the booked service price.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may also be subject to additional fees.
